Jachung Karmo Ani Drubdey
Choeje Ngawang Pekar adopted the place as his residence in the 11th Rabjung. Later, Drubthop Ngawang Samten established a nunnery school and Tenpai Gyeltshen was appointed as the Lam of the School. However, the institute suffered dilapidation following the death of acclaimed Ani Lopen Peldon in 1997. The administration was taken over by the Zhung Dratshang and expenses were made by the Royal Government through Dratshang Lhentshog. Later it became a sister institute of Sangchen Dorji Lhundrup Chholing Ani Shedra. It also became a meditation center for the senior nuns.
Jasharung Ani Goenpa

Kila Goenpa Ani Shedra
One of the foremost students of Choeje Goedtshangpa, Chogyal Norbu adopted Kila Goenpa as his residence sometime in the 8th Rabjung, early 16th century AD. The 70th Je Khenpo upgraded the nunnery school into a Shedra in 2010. Since then, the institute had been bestowing opportunity to many aspiring nuns to study Buddhist grammar and philosophy.
Sangchen Dorji Lhendup Ani Thorim Wogma
This place was visited and blessed by many important Buddhist masters. The 69th Je Khenpo, Geshey Geduen Rinchen prophesized that a religious institution built there will grow and spread in future. Following the prophecy, Yab Ugyen Dorji constructed the monastery in 2008, corresponding to the Earth Male Rat Year of the Bhutanese calendar. The 70th Je Khenpo presided over the consecration of the monastery in 2010 coinciding with the descending day of the Lord Buddha. On that auspicious day, the monastery was upgraded to Shedra for Nuns. His Eminence Sangay Dorji, the former Drabi Lopen of the Central Monastic Body was appointed as the chief spiritual advisor of Sangchen Dorji Lhendup Ani Thorim Shedra.
Sherubcholing Ani Dratshang
A devotee offered land to His Holiness the Je Khenpo in 2006 where an Ani Dratshang (Nunnery) was established. In 2014, the government extended the Dratshang with a Lhakhang and hostels for the nuns. Since then, it has become an important place of worship for the people in Gelephu.
